II. Delivery Costs
The delivery costs depend on:
The target country,
The selected delivery method,
The weight and the dimensions of the parcel.
The delivery costs are explicitly indicated while placing an order, before the checkout.
III. Delivery Time
Deliveries to other EU countries may take from 2 to 14 working days, depending on the localisation.
In special cases (e.g. during holidays or due to unexpected courier’s delays) the delivery time may be extended. In such cases the Customer will be informed about it by the Customer Support.
IV. Delivery Methods
The available delivery methods comprise:
Parcel service providers (e.g. DPD, UPS, DHL),
Paczkomat InPost (for orders within Poland),
Postal services (for selected countries).
The customer can select the preferred delivery method while placing an order.
V. Shipment Tracking
After sending the order the Customer will receive a tracking number for the shipment and a link to the carrier’s website to track the delivery status.

VI. Problems with the Shipment
If the shipment arrived damaged, please:
File a damage report in the courier’s presence,
Contact us to resolve the issue.
