This Privacy Policy specifies the principles for processing of personal data of the users using the online shop iverme.com, managed by Pro Global S.R.O., Bělehradská 858/23, 120 00 Praha, ICO:15276102  (hereinafter the “Administrator”).

 

I. General Provisions

  1. The Administrator of the personal data agrees to protect the users’ privacy and ensure data security in accordance with applicable regulations, especially:
    • the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR),
    • The Polish Personal Data Protection Act.

II. Purpose and Scope of the Data Processing

  1. The Administrator processes the users’ personal data only for following purposes:
    • Order fulfilment,
    • Issuing invoices and fulfilment of tax obligations,
    • Handling complaints and returns,
    • Conducting marketing activities (with user’s consent),
    • Enabling contact with the user.
  2. The processed data comprise:
    • The name and the Surname,
    • The e-mail address,
    • The phone number,
    • The delivery address,
    • The billing information (in case the buyer is a company).

III. Basis for Data Processing

  1. The Administrator processes the data based on:
    • The user’s consent (article 6 paragraph 1 letter a GDPR),
    • Performance of a sales agreement (article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR),
    • A legal obligation (article 6 paragraph 1 letter c GDPR),
    • Administrator’s legally justified interest, e.g. for marketing purposes (article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR).

IV. Transfer of Personal Data

  1. The personal data can be transferred to:
    • Parcel service providers and carriers in order to deliver,
    • Entities offering online payments (e.g. PayPal, PayU),
    • The accounting office supporting the Administrator,
    • Public authorities, if required by law.
  2. The Administrator transfers personal data of the users neither to third countries (outside the European Economic Area) nor to international organisations.

V. Data Storage Period

  1. The personal data is stored:
    • For the period necessary to perform the contract,
    • Until the limitation of claims related to the performance of the contract,
    • For the period required by law (e.g. accounting data – 5 years),
    • In case of marketing activities – until the user withdraws the consent.

VI. Users’ rights

The user has the right to:

  1. Access their personal data,
  2. Correct the data if it is incorrect,
  3. Delete the data (“right to be forgotten”), if it is not necessary anymore for the purposes it was collected,
  4. Limit the processing,
  5. Transfer the data to another Administrator,
  6. Object to the data processing based on the Administrator’s legally justified interest,
  7. Withdraw the consent to the data processing at any time,
  8. Complain to a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of Personal Data Protection Office).

VII. Cookies

  1. The website iverme.com uses cookies for following purposes:
    • Improvement of the functioning of the website,
    • Adjustment of the website content to the user’s preferences,
    • Performance of statistical analyses.
  2. The user can manage the cookie settings in a web browser at any time.
  3. The cookies can be also used by third parties cooperating with the online shop, e.g. Google Analytics.

VIII. Data Protection Measures

The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data, such as:
