Returns

I. Right to Return (Withdrawal from the agreement)

1. A Consumer has the right to withdraw from an agreement concluded at a distance within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without giving any reason.
2. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from an agreement, following steps are necessary:
   • Inform the Seller about the decision by sending an unequivocal statement to the e-mail address: contact@iwerme.com
3. The products have to be returned in unused condition, in original packaging, to the Seller’s address.
4. The Buyer bears the costs of returning the products, unless the return is a result of Seller’s mistake (e.g. delivery of a wrong product).
5. The Seller will refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as used by the Consumer.

II. Exclusion of the Right to Return

1. The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply in following cases:
2. The products are delivered in sealed packages opened after the delivery, so that they cannot be returned because of the health protection or hygienic issues.
3. The products were prepared for a Consumer’s individual order.
