Terms and Conditions

I. General provisions

1. The Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the online shop iwerme.com, managed by Pro Global S.R.O., Bělehradská 858/23, 120 00 Praha, ICO:15276102 (hereinafter the “Seller”).
2. The contact with the Seller is possible via e-mail: contact@iverme.com

II. Definitions

1. Buyer – natural, legal person or organisational unit using the online shop iverme.com.
2. Consumer – a Buyer who is a natural person making a purchase for a purpose not directly related to the business or professional activity.
3. Product – the products available in the online shop iverme.com.
4. Sales agreement – an agreement concluded at a distance between the Seller and a Buyer.

III. Ordering Terms

1. The purchases can be made by adults with unrestricted legal capacity.
2. The orders are accepted only on the website iverme.com.
3. In order to place an order, following steps are required:
   • Select the products,
   • Add the product to the cart,
   • Fill in the order form,
   • Accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy,
   • Finish the payment.
4. All the prices on the website are gross prices and include the VAT. The prices do not comprise delivery costs.

IV. Order Processing

1. The Seller processes orders within the European Union.
2. The order processing time is from 2 to 7 working days, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.
3. The Buyer receives an order confirmation at the indicated e-mail address.
4. If the ordered product is not available, the Seller informs the Buyer about it and proposes: 
   • To extend the delivery time,
   • To replace the product by a different one,
   • To return the payment.

V. Payment methods

1. Available payment methods:
   • Bank transfer,
   • Online payment via PayPal, PayU or payment card.
   • Cash on delivery

VI. Right of Withdrawal

1. A Consumer has the right to withdraw from an agreement within 14 days from the receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
2. In order to withdraw from an agreement, a Consumer has to send a statement in writing to the Seller’s e-mail address.
3. The payment will be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products.
4. The products have to be returned in impeccable condition, in the original packaging.

VII. Complaints and Guarantee

1. Complaints have to be reported in written form to the e-mail address contact@iverme.com.
2. Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of their receipt by the Seller.
3. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller is obliged to:
   • Replace the product,
   • Repair the product,
   • Refund.

VIII. Protection of Personal Data

1. The Administrator of personal data is Pharma Rapport Ltd.
2. The personal data is processed according to the GDPR and the Privacy Policy available on the website iverme.com.
3. The buyer has the right to access their own data, correct it or request its removal.

IX. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions the provisions Polish and EU law shall apply. 
2. The Terms and Conditions enter into force from the date of their publication on the website iverme.com.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, although for the orders placed before the changes the version valid on the day of the order placement should apply.
